I'm 53 yrs ancient weigh 156 5'3 how much pounds should I lose?
Hey, I am 55 and I am 5'4" and weigh 148, I like the weightiness of 120 , it really makes me touch better and my clothes feel great on me, I really believe that we should try and prolong 120 to
125, It is just so sturdy for us to lose at this age but I believe you would really feel great if you be able to accomplish this counterweight and to be able to save it . I have other been small until only recently after I guit working I simply sat at home for a while, the solidity just took over but I am trying to find it under control and the just what the doctor ordered weight for me is 120 and my Dr. have always agreed beside the weight. So moral luck and have religious conviction.
My wife is 5-2 and weight watchers (we are both members) puts her target solidity between 109- and 125, depending on body style and other factors.
lose 20 and you will be right where on earth the doctors say to be..
