I'm really panicky, please support!?

my period ending month is really of a little amount and on the first three days here were solitary little amount just resembling stains but theyre brown. on the fourth just near comes the real red blood, what are those? and im 15, i only just started my period when i be 13. and what is spot bleeding(just curious)?I'm really panicky, please support!?
Need not to worry; some girls hold a little spotting at the dawn of their period. It can be brown to a ashen pink. It usually progresses to the red blood as you notice. It is completely mundane.Consume lots of fluids preferably fruit juice that can produce blood.
Wow explicitly really gross. Im serious that's just really really gross. Meh but its instinctive. Umm i reckon you should just shift see your local G.P. if your that worried. But seriously that's really gross xD
Some girls have somewhat spotting at the beginning of their period- it can be brown or pink. It usually progresses to the red blood you discern. It is completely normal. If you are cramping hold some Advil and drink lots of fluids
This is normal as you started your period 2 years back and you are just 15, It is normal within your age, drink lot of water especially grape liquid etc
