Is hip size proportionate to largeness?

Like if someone has big hips would they be soaring to look more equal? Is hip size proportionate to largeness?
No. Although, taller people are roughly larger boned than shorter people, they are not scale up versions of shorter general public. It's not as though as people grow taller, they grow proportionally wider.
Also the actual size of the hip bones, i.e. how far apart they are spaced, is independant of height designation you can be short with far-reaching hips or tall near narrow hips. It's inherent as to how wide your hips will be, so if your mother have a broader pelvis, you probably will too.
Don't we wish that be true!!
It doesn't work that way. Lots of models hold tiny hips, while people beside dwarfism tend to have general hips. It's just inheritance.
not really, well undoubtedly if u r like 4 foot ur gonna probably enjoy smaller hips then someone who's 6 foot but unless ur comparing a 5 year matured to a 30 year old not really
hip size is dependent on weightiness, bone structure, genetics, hormones, etc. within a perfect world, plane would make the character look more proportional.
Not exactly.
