Inflamed pelvis muscle??!?

so i've read up on it a little, and i mull over i either enjoy some sort of vaginal infection or just an inflamed pelvic muscle. i really dont even know what it could be. its not an STI because im not nor enjoy ever been sexually involved. i dont know, but a left muscle right going on for my leg and appearing to line my vagina is inflamed surrounded by one spot.
my whole upper leg as capably as the muscle used to be really sore but it doesnt hurt at all, but the muscle is still a bit inflamed. should i go to the doctor or newly see if it heals itself? i dont know, adjectives i know is i dont want to end up infertile because of something approaching this. any ideas on what it is?Inflamed pelvis muscle??!?

I doubt that your pelvic muscle is inflamed, if within is not an open sore it is unlikely to carry any microbes, and if this muscles are not significantly physically stressed
It could be an infection but the only process to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they devise it is.
