ok i started my period this month on the 19th thats middle-of-the-road for me but i started again today and i have a pen trip tomaorrow and i need to wear a swim suit what do i do give or take a few that it is usually heavy and a tampon doesnt serve at the beginning. but why is it un averageIrregular spell? girls one and only!?

conceivably your period be not completey finished and i think it would be best that you don't progress on the field trip because you don't want any accident.

yeah...you should bring a tampon that is similar to for heavy flow approaching get the ones that read aloud overnight. The sport ones will work especially if your going swimming or in marine. If a period is strange to you its not on a schedule even so and if not it cold be from stress. Maybe you can even where on earth like surfing shorts kinda similar to trunks but for girls and then your top. Just within case anything happen you don't want it leaking through your bottoms , shorts will minister to.

Since you've have it on the 19th, hopefully what you're having immediately is going to be just some neutral spotting (when I have that, I've other assumed it's just that everything didn't come out during my time that needed to come out). Wear a tampon and a small, light wipe in your swimsuit (one of those slim ones that are more approaching a shield than a pad) and take an extra tampon and wipe in your purse a moment ago in luggage. Wear dark shorts over your swim suit if you can.
