In cramp...work within 3 hours.Need the aching to progress away..Please comfort.?

Well I have cramps, and they are getting stronger and stronger. I enjoy to go to work contained by about 3 hours and I surface with the cramps and bloating I dont' do my work as all right as I am capable of. Does anyone know of any GOOD automatic ways to make the anguish go away. I usually try and not steal painkillers because I like to be untaught.

I don't think anything colloquial will help you except a heat bath or an orgasm.
Ibuprofen is past the worst, not natural, but it will aid your cramps.
take some ib profen and a hot tub. you will be fine. when it comes to pain approaching that screw being organic! seriously ib profen will not hurt you. take four and procure in a hot tub you will feel so much better. the cramps are merely going to get worse
