Okay, if you're lone 13 and not sexually active after they won't be looking anywhere private. If you are sexually active later it's not anywhere other boys haven't looked. If you're getting a shot then obviously the doctor has to look at your butt because that's where on earth you'll be getting it. You probably are going to the gyno because you're a girl and your age. Ask the doctor to explain everything they're going to do and don't worry. If it's a manly doctor then at hand must be a nurse in the room and most of them will explain what they're going to do so you don't verbs.

they will insert something into your vagina and look inside. also, they might insert their finger into your butt. and they'll give you a breast exam.
you shouldn't own to get any shots.
