If your 10 or 11 are you a preteen?
i'd say 11 and 12 are preteens.
Twelve years of age is the "pre-teen" year.
Although, technically, anything formerly the teenage years would be "pre", and so, technically, yes, it would be "pre-teen", lately as an infant could plausibly be.
11 and twelve more twelve. because 13 is hardly a teen considering you are a teen right up to 19.
I consider myself a preteen. But later again, I am kind of rash for my period than other girls... So let's read aloud 11 and 12.
