Absolutely nothing (if you havent have sex). Or pregnancy (if you have have sex)
birth control may mess up your usual menstral cycle, it did for me. if it is a couple of days late, even if you enjoy been on the pill for a few months, it doesn't suggest that you are pregnant. if you are really worried, take a theory test but i think you're fine.
