What colour is it?
If it is a whitish or ashen straw colour colour it probably is discharge associated with hormones.
If its brown / red menastration fluid
If its washed out, smelly and lasts more than a couple of days could be a urinary infection
Well, my boy, I am 45 and I too own STUFF in my underwear, but specifically because I just sneezed and farted at equal time...
Tell your Mother or an adult that u trust so they can provide u better assistance ASAP! But, I am pretty sure you are ok:)
